01 - Adding Tags

Tags are used to categorize incidents. Tags are also used in reports.

 

There are three dimensions of tags: Incident category, Location and Miscellaneous.

 

Administrators can add, delete and change tag colors. Also, the default tags can be deleted and then replaced with new ones without language limitations.

 

Remember to press "SAVE" after any change.

02 - Using tags

Open any received incident. You will find the possibility to categorize the incident with your saved tags.

 

 You can also use multiple tags under one category.

03 - Tags in reports

Tags are also visible in reports.

When you archive a incident, you will still be able to take out reports including the tags.
