Manage incidents
01 - Incidents view
All active incidents are shown in a kanban view under the Incidents tab.
There are currently four columns that depict the current statuses of the incidents;

New: All new incidents.
Pending: Pending for more information.
In progress: Investigation ongoing.
Closed: Final statement given to reporter.
Incidents can be dragged to different statuses from the kanban view.

Open incident by clicking it.
02 - Managing incidents
In this view you can manage everything related to a single incident.

Assigning and forwarding the incident, Categories, see full Audit trail, Archiving, add Internal notes and send new Messages to reporter.
03 - Assigning incident
Supervisors have the possibility to Assign/forward any incident to a Processor.
​
Assigning a incident will allow the selected user or group to gain access to the incident.
​
All assigned users will get a email notification about the assignment.
​
Assigned group: Give full access to the incident to a group of users.
Assigned user: Give full access to the incident to a single user.
04 - Using tags
Open any received incident. You will find the possibility to categorize the incident with your saved tags.
You can also use multiple tags under one category.
05 - Audit trail
EasyWhistle gathers a full Audit trail under each incident.

The Audit trail save all dates, views, changes and updates made to the incident.
06 - Communicating
Messaging allows you to have a anonymous and secure two-way communication with the reporter.
07 - Internal notes
Internal notes allows you to save notes and communicate with other users who have access to the selected incident.

Notes are not seen by the reporter.
